Where are your products made?
Everything we sell is made in Türkiye, using traditional techniques and 100% Turkish cotton or silk-blend materials, depending on the piece.
Are your towels good for everyday use, or just the beach?
Both. Every towel in our collection works as a bath towel, a beach towel, a throw, or a wrap — they are designed for year-round use, not just summer.
How do I care for my Turkish towel?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or line dry, and skip the fabric softener — it dulls the natural absorbency of Turkish cotton over time. See our full Product Care Guide for details.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–7 business days depending on your region within Canada. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened body care items (gloves) are final sale. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
Payment & Security
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your full card details.
