All Olive & Pine orders ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. During sale periods or the holiday season, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery time after processing is 2-7 business days, depending on your region within Canada. These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@olivenpine.com and we'll help track it down or work with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
